How do I choose a custom sign with my own saying?

During the ordering process, on the next page after entering the financial information, click on "Add instructions to seller" and then specify the message that you want burned. If you place the order before entering this information, please send an e-mail with your order number using the contact form on the site or call using the "Google voice" feature.

What borders can I choose from?

At this time, you can choose any of the five borders displayed on the left side of your screen.

Will my plaques look identical as the one I see in the pictures?

I will always try to keep the designs consistent to what it is shown in the pictures, but due to the nature of the work, the designs might vary slightly.

What size plaque are you using?

The wooden plaques that I currently use are rectangle shape and they measure 9.5"x7".

Are the wooden portraits and signs lacquered?

Before the portraits and signs are made, the plaques are sanded with a fine sander. When the engraving is over, I apply two coats of clear lacquer. This process ensures that the plaques will have a smooth feel if touched and also adds wood protection.

Can I hang my plaque outside?

The wood is intended for indoor use due to the fact that the sun and rain will damage it, however if stain is applied, it should remain in good condition for a decent period of time even if displayed outside.

How do I order with PayPal? Do I need a PayPal account?

I chose PayPal to process orders because it offers a friendly and secure shopping cart for the buyers. The payment information is not disclosed to the seller at any point and the transaction takes place on the secure PayPal site. To order, you don't need to have a PayPal account, but if you do, you can use it for an even smoother checkout process. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Check payments are not accepted at this time.

How do I return the products if I am not satisfied?

At all times I will do my best to make customers happy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via e-mail or phone (from the contact page) to resolve the issue. I will always try to respond within 2 business days. If an agreement can't be reached, you can return the products. Upon receipt, a full refund is going to be issued. Note: An order can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on the workload, please allow for up to 2 weeks for the order to ship. Add to this the estimated shipping time, based on the shipping method chosen.

How do I select a different method of shipping?

If you enter your zip code at the beginning of the ordering process you will receive a shipping cost based on standard delivery. If you want expedited shipping, you can select that on the last page of the ordering process, while you review the order.
